Great free software. Today I tried upgrading to Pro - paid the $8.99 but never received the update info via email. Tried emailing them (using support email provided) but the email bounced. Wondering if they still in business?
Not sure how to import images without EXIF since this can't be handled on the free version?
Worked brilliantly in successive versions, doing what I wanted it to do so easily ... until now. I was recently notified of an update and thought I'd managed it. Today I got a reminder, said "no" to the update (because I'd already updated and wanted to get on with organising the day's photos) and was then required to provide my email address and access code. Maybe Photomover 2.5 has been sold to the big corporation whose incompetence sent me to Photomover in the first place. Maybe the good days are now behind the app. Very disappointing.
Absolutely exciting! I had saved and double and triple saved photos from numerous devices on my computer - from sticks, three mobile phones, three cameras ... I had planned to sort all these (in total 24.517 photos) in a marathon task sometime during retirement. With your very simple, very cool and reliable program I have completed the task in two evenings!! I have hardly ever been so excited about a software program and I have already forwarded it to my children. Thanks so much!
I have over 44,000 photos on my computer dating all the way back to Viet Nam, 69 & 70. I needed a way to sort by date to make calendars, look at my grandkids and otherwise be organized. Should I get rid of a third of them...Yeah. Do I want to go through the trouble? Nah. This is probably the best free program I have ever used in 26 years of computing, along with the Bulk Rename program. Congratulations, Tim, great job!!
What a find!! With 3 computers 14 devices and 20 years of digital photos, this simple utility brought order to chaos in just 2-3 days. Cataloged > 57000 images in short order and let me ditch the duplicates! Worth it just for the saving in disk space alone. Many thanks for a great program.
What a find. My wife has been taking photos ever since she got an IPhone, and sometimes it's more than a thousand a month when we travel. Only button she never found was "Delete". This is the critical tool in my current project to bring all those pics together. Saving me 70% of the time, because it strips photos out of folders (the iPhone default is one folder per day!!!) and automatically labels duplicates. Worth way more than it cost me in hair pulling alone.
I bought this program a while back and it has worked great for some time. But a week ago I started to use a NAS as a storage solution for all my photos and now I can't use the program since its not working on network attached devices.
please fix
There are some glitches, so you have to be careful when using the application.
